新莊文化藝術中心是台灣首座鄉鎮市級的文化藝術中心。藝術表現文化、文化影響藝術，相同本質卻有著不同表象。品牌形象標誌取自於建築構造進而延展，透過線條的漸變呈現建築的局部外觀，同樣的線條因不同角度曲折而有多面相的表現，演繹新莊文化藝術中心的核心價值。

Xinzhuang Cultural Arts Center is the first township and municipal cultural arts center in Taiwan. Art reflects the culture while culture influences the art. They have same nature but different presentations. The logo is designed and made further extension based on the architectural construction. The appearance of some parts of the architecture is presented through the change of the line. Different shapes of line are presented because of twists of different angles, revealing the core value of Xinzhuang Cultural Arts Center.
